We are seeking a Value Added Sales Representative to join our team! As our Value Added Sales Representative, you will own outbound sales efforts to our existing customer base, driving incremental revenue and improving customer lifetime value through consultative selling. You will be supporting revenue growth initiatives and customer retention strategies. This is a full-time, non-exempt individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Success (or VAS Lead). The Value Added Sales (VAS) team is looking for a Value Added Sales Representative to execute high-volume outbound sales and maximize customer value. Our team is responsible for driving revenue through existing customers, improving retention, and delivering a strong customer experience through consultative sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone-based sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with CRM systems, Slack, and remote work environments
  • Proven ability to manage high call volume and maintain performance standards
  • Strong relationship-building and objection-handling skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or revenue-generating roles a plus
  • Experience in direct response, subscription, or health/wellness environments a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day to existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Drive upsells, cross-sells, and retention-focused conversations
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
  • Track and manage performance metrics within CRM systems
  • Take accountability for revenue contribution and individual performance
  • Build trust with customers through consultative, relationship-driven selling
  • Educate customers on product value and outcomes
  • Contribute to improving customer lifetime value and retention
