We are looking for Valuation Advisory Services Value360 Summer Interns to join our team from June to August 2026. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. YOUR TEAM. Engagement Team: You will work closely on a team made up of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. Industries: We serve a variety of clients across industries, including: Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services (varies by office). Office: Our CohnReznick office comes with amenities and collaborative spaces. Performance Coach: Will meet with you to establish goals, provide feedback and support to guide you along your career path of choice; many of our current Senior Managers and Partners were once CR Associates themselves. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Financial reporting / intangible assets Tax related Transaction related Real estate and tangible asset Complex financial instruments Litigation dispute Work on valuation engagements, including valuations for financial reporting, tax, and transactions Explore and learn about the valuation issues in different industries for closely held businesses and public companies, commercial real estate, machinery & equipment, renewable energy systems, and partnership interests in real estate Perform market, industry, and economic research and analyses Assist in the preparation of valuation reports, schedules, and discounted cash flow models Review and summarize financial, corporate, and legal agreements Conduct financial statement analysis (e.g., common size analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, and industry comparative analysis) Review commercial real estate property information and collection of data using public records and other real estate databases YOUR EXPERIENCE. Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA in both your major and overall
  • Successful completion of two accounting courses prior to the start of your internship
  • Have held leadership positions in student organizations, extracurricular activities and/or on team projects
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Able to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • CohnReznick does not offer sponsorship to foreign nationals for Entry Level Roles (new associates and interns). In order to apply for an internship or an Associate role at CohnReznick, successful candidates will have to provide proof of work authorization such as U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status.
