ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by greeting and assisting with parking vehicles, ensuring a positive first and last impression of the property. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service or valet position is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring guests' belongings are handled with care.
- Provide directions or information about the property and surrounding area as needed.
- Monitor the condition of vehicles, reporting any damages or issues to management immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including key control and vehicle staging areas.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, always ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.

Under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Other legally required benefits, such as workers' compensation and unemployment insurance, also apply.
