VALET RUNNER - Part-time
About The Position
The Valet Runner is responsible for providing prompt, safe, and courteous parking services for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role supports valet operations by retrieving, parking, and delivering vehicles efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest service and security. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Retrieve and park vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Assist guests with luggage, packages, and directions as needed. Ensure valet tickets and records are accurately managed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet staging and parking areas. Communicate effectively with valet team members and supervisors regarding vehicle locations, keys, and operational updates. Conduct visual inspections of vehicles and report any pre-existing damage. Follow all safety, security, and traffic control procedures while operating guest vehicles. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally. Support other valet and guest services duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to meet company driving requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate vehicles of varying sizes safely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Team-oriented and reliable
