Doubletree by Hilton managed by Presidian Hospitality, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet/Van Driver Shuttle to provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their vehicles are safely managed and offering seamless shuttle transportation. Where You Can Make an Impact Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage and ensuring a welcoming experience. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations, maintaining a safe and pleasant ride. Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance their stay. Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks to ensure it is in excellent working condition. Monitor the valet area and shuttle schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with traffic flow and parking management during peak periods or special events. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally. Keep accurate records of vehicle keys, shuttle trips, and any relevant guest interactions. Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift luggage, stand for extended periods, and operate vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Prior experience in valet, shuttle driving, or a similar hospitality role preferred.
