About The Position

Valet supervisors oversee valet attendants and other staff that perform valet services. They ensure operations are running efficiently and effectively in multiple areas, which include the timely parking and retrieving of vehicles, managing proper staffing, cultivating and maintaining a positive and friendly work environment, and ensuring that the valet service provides exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
• Have a clean criminal background record
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Be flexible with availability
• Experience with valet parking and/or management experience
• Must have computer and technical skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both in written form and verbally with employees and other management
• Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle issues, problems, or questions
• Provide and safe and friendly workplace

Responsibilities

• Completing daily reports (shift reports, performance reports, damage/claim reports, etc.)
• Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any performance issues that arise
• Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
• Ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly
