About The Position

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with more than 15 years of experience, providing its services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area. We are looking for a Valet Manager to join our team.. We are seeking service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, are team players, highly motivated, energetic, love cars, and are interested in working full-time. 1ST CLASS Valet Managers are expected to:

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Valet Manager.
• Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language is a plus).
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive stick shift vehicles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all valet parking operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Supervise valet attendants and ramp supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve valet operations, optimize traffic flow, and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and parking protocols.
• Monitor peak hours and adjust staffing as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
