About The Position

1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with more than 15 years of experience, providing its services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area. We are looking for a Valet Manager to join our team.. We are seeking service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, are team players, highly motivated, energetic, love cars, and are interested in working full-time. 1ST CLASS Valet Managers are expected to: Oversee and manage all valet parking operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service. Supervise valet attendants and ramp supervisors, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve valet operations, optimize traffic flow, and enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and parking protocols. Monitor peak hours and adjust staffing as needed to maintain smooth operations. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Valet Manager.
• Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language is a plus).
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive stick shift vehicles (preferred).
