About The Position
ParkNBTX is hiring a high-energy, customer-focused Lead Valet to oversee daily valet operations and support guest services at a hotel in New Braunfels. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Must meet company insurance requirements to operate a vehicle
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience preferred
- Manual transmission experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the valet team during shifts
- Ensure smooth vehicle flow, parking, and retrieval
- Deliver excellent guest service and handle escalations professionally
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Assist guests with luggage and provide basic hotel information
- Train team members and uphold safety and service standards
