About The Position

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING ENTHUSIASTIC PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! FC PROVIDES PARKING, TRANSPORTATION,AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO HEALTH SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. Lead Valet oversees our valet team in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance of all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. This professional remains organized, compassionate, and sets the tone for our team! We're looking for a passionate individual to provide a memorable guest experience. Full training on our SAFETY and CARE procedures! DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years. PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance. COMPLIANCE: Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test), and be able to pass a criminal background check. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift. Tolerance for inclement weather. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time. Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it. Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of supervisor experience
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
Available during evenings and weekends
Must be fluent in English and well-spoken
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and clean Motor Vehicle Report
Covid-19 Vaccination
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience.
License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
