About The Position

We are looking for a professional and courteous Valet Guest Services team member to join our organization The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who can safely operate guests vehicles while providing excellent customer service in a high pressure environment As a Valet Guest Services team member you will assist Luggage Porters with the arrivals and departures of our guests and maintain a strong sense of teamwork throughout your shifts

Requirements

• Must have a valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required
• Excellent communication organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and run up to 9 12 miles in a shift

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with their arrival and departure experience
• Safely operate guest vehicles and park them in designated areas
• Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request
• Keep track of keys and provide guests with accurate ticket information
• Maintain a professional courteous and respectful demeanor with guests coworkers and management
• Ensure the safety and security of guests vehicles at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
