About The Position

Provides guests with transportation service, enters data into CVPS system, and schedules transportation service requests. Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides guest with transportation service by answering incoming calls, greeting callers in a friendly and courteous manner, coordinating Valet and Bell services based on guest requests, providing information regarding shuttle routes, and notifying the Transportation Shift Manager of guest concerns and complaints. Coordinate transportation service requests by scheduling airport pick-ups and drop offs, guest event transportation, setting calendar reminders, and dispatching both on and off-site guest transportation needs with appropriate personnel. Promotes guest relations by treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner, promptly greeting guests with a smile, thanking guests upon departure, answering general inquiries regarding valet and casino service, and notifying Transportation Shift Manager of any guest complaints. Provides guests with valet parking service by collecting keys from guest, giving guest identification receipt, placing matching identification tag on key and vehicle, delivering key and tag to valet attendant, following established procedures, and entering guest's information into Computerized Valet Parking System. Performs general administrative duties, including coordinating off-site event logistics, orienting new hires to office procedures, maintaining data entry and supply inventory, and providing support to shift managers and supervisors. Responsibilities also include handling calls on behalf of the Shift Manager during peak times and assisting with guest relations, accident claims, and other operational needs as required.

Requirements

  • 6 months guest service experience
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
  • Ability to complete forms and documents
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
  • Ability to perform data entry
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Ability to appear for work on time
  • Ability to sit or stand for up to eight hours at a time in all weather conditions

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves
