About The Position
Sake A Go Go is Louisville’s newest high-end Japanese sushi restaurant located in the heart of NuLu. Built with serious intention around technique, product quality, and guest experience, this is a refined, big-city-caliber concept designed for long-term success. We are building something special — and first impressions matter. Our valet team plays a critical role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive. We are seeking a professional, polished, and reliable Valet Attendant to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hospitality, works with urgency, and understands that the guest experience begins curbside. You will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while delivering warm, attentive, and professional service at all times. Both full-time & part-time positions available.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong sense of urgency and awareness in busy environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently
- Manage valet flow during high-volume dinner service
- Maintain organization of vehicle keys and tickets
- Assist with light door service and guest assistance as needed
- Communicate clearly with management regarding traffic flow or issues
- Represent Sake A Go Go with professionalism and composure
