This role is responsible, welcoming guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner and providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. Additionally, assist by relaying resort knowledge, luggage retrieval, and other possible transportation needs. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance
Background, consisting of experience in operating various types of transportation vehicles, automatic and manual included.

Nice To Haves

Hotel, resort or related field would be preferred

Responsibilities

Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage.
Assist guests with cabs and other transportation requirements.
