About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is a leading vacation and leisure company, serving as the official vacation ownership provider for Bass Pro Shops®, Cabela's, and Choice Hotels®. This Vacation Sales Manager position is part of the Retail Marketing team, which focuses on marketing and selling affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages through retail locations. The role involves managing a sales team within a Bass Pro Shop in Fort Myers, FL, with the primary goal of leading and developing a high-performing team to generate leads and sell vacation packages.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain a high-performing team in a fun working environment
- Be responsible for staffing, developing and leading a highly impactful forward-facing sales team of 4-6 Sales Representatives
- Lead the sales team to engage with potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages
