A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Be responsible for making and receiving calls to/from vendors, clients, and third parties as needed · Review, research, and respond to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner · Review vacant inspections to determine if we can proceed with property preservation. · Review third party systems for loan status · Review and take action on internal and external reporting · Work several different clients and understand their expectations · Meet daily quotas · Work individually; however, at times work on a team WHO YOU ARE You possess … · The ability to think outside of the box · The ability to understand processes · Flexibility, strong multitasking skills required · Strong computer skills as well as computer navigation skills · Knowledge of mortgage terms · Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous office and computer experience required
  • Strong PC and internet navigation skills are necessary, must be proficient with Microsoft software products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills required
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with property management, construction, and property insurance preferred
  • Mortgage servicing and default servicing knowledge and/or experience is ideal
  • Basic understanding or local laws and ordinances regarding property conditions a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review loan history from appropriate servicing platforms in accordance with client expectations and business rules
  • Report all damages and violations to the client in accordance with client expectations and business rules
  • If damages identified in inspection results, ensure conditions are provided
  • Open and close tasks in accordance with client expectations and business rule
  • Determine if work is required and order accordingly
  • Document all systems accordingly
  • Review Seasonal work and set seasonal schedules accordingly
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
