About The Position

Responsible for programming Java-based internet applications. This role involves being part of the entire development life cycle, including concept, design, and quality assurance testing. The candidate will transform user/business requirements into technological solutions, completing programming, test conversion, troubleshooting, debugging, and requirements analysis utilizing Java. Additionally, the role includes developing and deploying application code, monitoring functionality, and addressing production and non-production issues. The candidate will utilize tools and concepts such as J2EE, JSP, EJB, SQL, ORM, XML, and Object-Oriented Design, and will coordinate with web developers and other IT professionals on integrating Java into web applications for business purposes. The position also involves assisting with web architectural development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Must have worked in a Java/Web developer position for at least four years.
• Core Java
• Struts 2 MVC and/or Angular Framework
• JSP
• Spring
• SOAP and REST web Services
• Hibernate
• Java Persistence API (JPA)
• Basic to Intermediate SQL skills - SQL Server preferred.
• HTML/CSS (For front end design)

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge working with any Email server (Receiving and sending emails using any mail server).
• 508 Compliance.
• Spring Security
• Basic experience with LDAP
• Basic experience with AD
• Angular Framework
• Financial loan experience is a plus.
