Cotopaxi is looking for an experienced UX/UI Manager to join our team! As the UX/UI Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the design of intuitive, inspiring experiences that simplify and elevate the customer journey on cotopaxi.com. You’ll be a tireless advocate for our customers, guiding the team through thoughtful research, testing, and iteration to discover what resonates most and what inspires people to adventure and Do Good. The ideal candidate is innately curious and analytical, with a deep passion for understanding customer behavior and journeys. They thrive on translating insights into impactful design solutions that improve eCommerce performance and create meaningful, human-centered experiences. They bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution, with the technical fluency to partner closely with engineering teams and, when needed, implement or test front-end solutions yourself. As a strong collaborator and communicator, the UX/UI Manager will bring cross-functional teams together to simplify complexity, align priorities, and co-create cohesive user experiences across the site. They’ll enjoy working with customer data to uncover needs, validate ideas, and build solutions that make cotopaxi.com an experience customers truly love.
