Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to join its Product Research Team. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality, speed, and decision-making power of research across the product. The position involves both classic UX research and Product Discovery, focusing on new markets, segments, and product opportunities. The researcher will work in both B2C (donor-facing experiences) and B2B (nonprofit/organization-facing workflows) contexts. Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that processes tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly, serving leading nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association. The company operates in the enterprise segment across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, building a complex product ecosystem including checkout experiences, customizable widgets, various portals, and internal apps. The team is distributed with over 160 product professionals, primarily based in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, emphasizing thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset.
