About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing Research, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of applied UX research experience, preferably client-facing or in-house.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage research projects from planning through reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GSuite, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, storytelling, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.

  • 5+ years of experience

  • familiarity with UX research tools (UserTesting, dscout, Optimal Workshop, eye-tracking)
  • experience leading projects valued at $50K+

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end UX research projects, including usability studies, interviews, field research, and surveys.
  • Analyze research findings and generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Create compelling deliverables such as reports, personas, journey maps, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contributing to proposals, workshops, and presentations.
  • Mentor junior researchers and participate in internal knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with emerging UX research tools and methodologies and help implement best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to refine processes and ensure research impact on product and design decisions.
