About The Position

We're looking for a UX Researcher to support our iOS initiative, focusing on enhancing the buyer experience on iOS devices. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and execute qualitative research that informs product development. This is a great opportunity to explore multi-platform experiences and collaborate with machine learning teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience conducting UX research on product teams
• Experience creating research roadmaps and aligning with product priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and socialize qualitative research

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on multi-platform initiatives (iOS and Android)
• Familiarity with tools like Dscout and UserTesting.com
• Exposure to machine learning projects or interest in exploring ML applications

Responsibilities

• Independently identify research opportunities and design studies that answer key product questions
• Scope, plan, and execute qualitative research, delivering insights that influence product strategy
