FIGS is looking for an exceptional UX Research Manager to join the Ecommerce Team and lead the growth and delivery of user experience research across the organization. The UX Research Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the team’s research function, owning and executing studies, testing, and surveys that drive measurable business impact. This role will define and scale the user research practice by developing frameworks, tools, and processes that generate deep behavioral insights to accelerate ecommerce growth. The position combines scientific rigor with creativity, balancing qualitative and quantitative research to uncover opportunities that advance the business and brand while heavily supporting the User Experience Design team in product testing and evaluation. Grounded in social science and guided by industry best practices, the UX Research Manager will translate data into actionable insights, ensuring that research outcomes directly inform design and product direction. As an advocate for FIGS customers and the broader healthcare community, the UX Research Manager will champion customer needs across the entire digital experience. The role is highly collaborative, working with Product, UX Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to foster a culture of research excellence, strategic insight, and customer empathy. The UX Research Manager will report to the Director of UI/UX.
