About The Position

The Role As Design Manager you will lead, coach and support a team of product designers delivering critical user experiences for Visa’s Decision Manager ecosystem — a complex, data‑rich fraud and risk management application used by enterprise customers globally. You will remain hands‑on in design, while also taking responsibility for leading projects, design quality, and delivery outcomes. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end design quality across multiple workstreams. Evolve and maintain a cohesive UX strategy. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Guide teams through discovery, prototyping, validation and delivery. Translate ML outputs and risk signals into usable experiences. Mentor designers. Facilitate design critiques. Partner with product, engineering and data teams. This is a hybrid position. Requirements

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Strong senior product design experience in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing designers.
Extensive experience designing web‑based platforms.
Strong proficiency with design tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree + UI-UX experience.

Nice To Haves

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years UI-UX experience
Advanced UX degree.
Fraud, risk, analytics domain experience.
