Requirements
- Possesses 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced SaaS environments with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Demonstrates high proficiency in Figma component libraries and a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind.
- Exhibits a growth mindset with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance both the design process and user outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and refined UI assets using Figma to raise the bar for product excellence.
- Conduct user research, discovery interviews, and usability testing to ground every design decision in validated customer needs.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to establish consistent design patterns and reduce friction in existing HOAi workflows.
