About The Position

UX Designer (Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA) Join Philips as a UX Designer to create intuitive, impactful user experiences forplex Ultrasound systems, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to advance healthcare solutions. Your work will directly support caregivers and patients by shaping innovative diagnostic tools. Your role: a human-centered design process, including analysis, concept design, prototyping, and usability testing Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver user-focused solutions Visualize and design intuitive user interfaces and interactions Frame problems with a strong focus on user needs and requirements Develop and validate user strategies, innovations, and experiences in line with Philips' Design Language System and Brand guidelines Partner with internal and external stakeholders,municating design decisions transparently Embrace feedback and support colleagues to achieve d goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (graphic, interaction, new media), Design Research, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, including work on embedded, mobile, or desktop software devices (4+ years' of experience preferred)
  • Affinity for healthcare and personal health
  • Experience designing forplex systems in regulated environments, preferably healthcare
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and visual design skills
  • Collaborative team player with experience in agile development processes
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without amodation for this position.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Framer, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools), and MS Office
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • For this position, you must reside in or withinmuting distance to Cambridge, MA or Bothell, WA.
