About The Position

Regions Hospital is seeking an administrative professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join our Utilization Management department in a Coordinator role. This position coordinates the daily operations of the Utilization Management payer interface team and provides administrative support to department leadership and team. This requires the ability to multitask and accommodate various time-sensitive priorities. Acts as a key liaison with multiple areas within the department. The position will help support with projects for the Utilization Management department, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years’ experience of increasingly responsible coordinator and administrative experience
• 2 of the years in hospital/healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily operations of the Utilization Management payer interface team
• Provides administrative support to department leadership and team
• Acts as a key liaison with multiple areas within the department
• Helps support with projects for the Utilization Management department
• Performs other duties as assigned
