Requirements

Strong foundational understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Basic welding & fabrication knowledge, skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Computer skills for looking up replacement parts and manuals
Good time management
Willingness to learn new skillsets
Class B or CDL with a manual transmission license required
Adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing manufacturing environment
Basic organizational skills
Ability to load, unload and strap pipe down properly
