Utility Worker
About The Position
We are seeking a Utility Worker/General Laborer, a skilled tradesperson who performs a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities. This role requires the ability to work independently and handle a range of physical tasks. They handle a wide range of jobs, including but not limited to assembly, painting, housekeeping, and ground maintenance. The role involves general maintenance and upkeep of common areas and equipment. The candidate must be able to handle physical tasks and report any major repairs needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; warehouse work experience is a plus
- Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 30 lbs. regularly
- Good communication skills
- Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search

Responsibilities
- Ground Maintenance, including painting.
- Restock incoming cleaning products
- Mop restrooms, canteens, and break room areas.
- Empty trash bins/cans
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Operate cleaning equipment such as a sweeper/scrubber.
