About The Position

Join a dedicated team that keeps Branson's wastewater conveyance systems flowing smoothly. You'll learn the ins and outs of pump operations, electrical systems, alarms, and more — all while gaining hands-on experience that sets you up for future advancement. What You'll Do: Assist with the operation and maintenance of the City's wastewater lift stations. Learn how to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pumps, alarms, and control systems. Work alongside skilled technicians and contribute to a team that keeps critical infrastructure running.

Requirements

  • A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • One (1) year of experience in performing semi-skilled building, mechanical maintenance tasks on pumping equipment or related work.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
  • Be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol, Pulmonary Fitness (PFT), and physical capability screenings.
