The Rescue Mission is currently seeking a full-time utility worker for our warehouse. This position is responsible for assisting DRC management in all aspects of keeping the warehouse organized to maintain an environment that maximizes production efficiency and safety. In this role, Utility Worker I is responsible for setting up & maintaining the sorter stations and ensuring the warehouse remains organized. This position plays a vital role in cleaning, organizing & sorting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Cleaning is required
• Ability to safely use warehouse equipment – pallet jacks, baler, ladders etc.
• Willingness to continue to learn new skills as needed
• Ability to work in a changing environment – flexible to new assignments
• Passion for the mission and vision of the organization
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a production warehouse or retail clothing setting preferred
