The Utility Tech role involves working across production, fabrication, and assembly processes, operating various equipment including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machinery. Responsibilities also include moving and staging raw materials and finished goods, supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy, organizing materials, communicating shortages, identifying defects, maintaining a clean workspace, and contributing ideas for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to learn and operate different types of equipment
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Basic understanding of production processes and material flow
  • Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions

Nice To Haves

  • 1 –3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional or multi-process roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work across production, fabrication, and assembly processes
  • Operate a variety of equipment including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machinery
  • Move raw materials and finished goods to support production needs
  • Stage materials at workstations to keep operations running efficiently
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts
  • Organize materials to ensure easy access and efficient workflow
  • Communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team
  • Identify and report defects or issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standards
  • Step in where needed to support production goals
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow
