What You Will Do: Work across production, fabrication, and assembly processes Operate a variety of equipment including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machinery Move raw materials and finished goods to support production needs Stage materials at workstations to keep operations running efficiently Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts Organize materials to ensure easy access and efficient workflow Communicate shortages or discrepancies to the team Identify and report defects or issues Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 5S standards Step in where needed to support production goals Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience in cross-functional or multi-process roles is a plus
  • Ability to learn and operate different types of equipment
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks
  • Basic understanding of production processes and material flow
  • Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks
  • Able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cross-functional or multi-process roles is a plus
