Our Dining Services team is seeking to hire a Utility Team Lead . Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the Utility Team Lead is responsible for the general oversight of the utility team. This position ensures that the kitchen sanitation is in accordance with current applicable federal, state, local standards, guidelines and regulations.
