Utility Lead
About The Position
Royal Oak is looking for a Utility Operator C. This position is responsible for the packaging of charcoal briquets. Packaging line workers are required to work several different positions on the packaging line, such as: stacking, folding, diverting bags, etc. Position Requirements/Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements and Work Environment: · Ability to troubleshoot and operate all positions within area · Ability to identify quality defects and source of defects · Ability to train new wrapper operators · Ability to complete roll changes within 3 minutes or less; line change over in 15 minutes or less · Ability to operate multiple lines (3 different machines) · Ability to complete FROI and do RCA along with Supervisor · Ability to effectively perform 5S audit · Ability to Train B Operators on necessary pre-shift setup and how to perform PMs for necessary equipment · Standing for long periods of time · May involve repetitive movements · Lifting up to 60 lbs. · Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary · Due to the open environment of the packaging area, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
