Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. We are currently looking for a Utility Relief on 3rd Shift, 11:00p – 7:00a. As of March 1, 2026, we will transition to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3 schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. Day shift will be 7a-7p; night shift will be 7p-7a. This position will be trained in all areas of the plant and will provide support where needed. Some responsibilities include: Promoting safety by following procedures and practices Delivering blended compounds in timely manner to each production line in order to run efficiently Documenting pick list information, printing and attaching pigment ticket to pick list Assuring sample testing meets specifications Learning all facets of running coating lines Material Handling Inspecting all products

Requirements

HS Diploma/GED required
All candidates will be required to successfully complete the following: Work-Keys Assessments Drug Screening Criminal Background Check

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Some computer skills preferred
