About The Position

Requirements
- Must be mobile in various areas of hotel.
- Ability to list and transport heavy objects.
Responsibilities
- Performs any combination of duties required to maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Washes walk and floors.
- May be assigned to sort trash dumpster areas stationed at dock areas of premises.
- Cleans and stocks assigned work area and monitors the supply of food.
- Stocks supplies for the shift i.e., silverware, glasses, mugs, ashtrays, sugar, etc.
- Responsible for making coffee and maintaining the supply of coffee.
- Stocks the salad bar area and replenishes the supply of food for servers.
- Stocks the kitchen with a supply of dishes and utensils.
- Informs management of supplies needed from the storeroom.
- Takes the soiled dishes and silverware to the dish room.
- Responsible for dumping all trash bins.
- Fills all ice bins and bread bins.
- Wipes clean all side stands and stainless steel.
- Mops floors on dining and kitchen areas.
- Counts and picks up all linen at the end of each shift.
