About The Position

Greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the great service experience. Responsible for seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with VIP’s. $18.50 Per Hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Entertainment background or restaurant experience a plus.
Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality.
Knowledge of MICROS system preferred.
Appropriate training on CMS system.
Must be able to work from a standing or sitting position for extended period
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accuracy of forecasted waiting times.
Performs “satisfaction checks” when not seating guests.
Oversees duties performed by the Dining Area Attendants to serve fast and efficient turnaround of tables.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and ability to market the outlet.
Entertains guests and creates a fun-filled environment by circulating throughout public areas of the facility as assigned.
Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the Seven Stars Lounge and Diamond Club.
Will be responsible to approve or deny admittance to the Seven Stars and Laurel Lounges for additional guests of Club members through comp issuance.
Promotes Caesars and acts in a professional and courteous manner.
Exhibits a positive, outgoing personality.
Performs station and side work checks.
May perform other duties as assigned.
