Responsibilities

• Responsible for trash removal from kitchen areas and heavy cleaning functions.
• Will clean all high areas in the kitchens and outdoor stewarding functions.
• Provides general assistance to other stewarding employees as needed (and time permitting) in their duties to ensure all food preparation areas are maintained to set standards.
