About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Assist with the operation and maintenance of plant equipment. Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and material handling. Support production processes by ensuring efficient workflow. Conduct routine inspections and report any issues. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
