About The Position

Operate mobile and plant equipment safely to support production needs Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain efficient plant operations Assist with housekeeping tasks to sustain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and production machinery
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in daily tasks
- Willingness to work collaboratively and support overall plant operations
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
