About The Position

What You'll Be Doing - Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations and material handling - Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning plant areas - Assist with routine inspections and minor repairs of machinery and equipment - Support production teams with loading, unloading, and transporting materials - Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Capability to operate heavy equipment and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
