What You’ll Be Doing Support aggregate plant operations through general labor and utility tasks Operate equipment safely and efficiently as trained Assist with cleanup, maintenance, and material handling activities Monitor work areas to ensure safe and reliable operation Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals
Requirements
- Capability to learn and safely operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
- Willingness to perform a range of utility and labor-related tasks
- Capacity to follow instructions and adapt to changing work needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
