About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Support plant operations by performing a variety of tasks including cleaning, material handling, and equipment assistance Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently as directed Monitor material flow and identify issues to maintain smooth production Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard‑free work environment Work collaboratively with plant teams to complete daily operational goals
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely in an industrial environment
- Capability to operate or learn to operate mobile and plant equipment
- Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow established procedures
- Dependable work habits and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
