Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
  • Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
  • Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
  • Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
  • Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel
