About The Position

Inspect finished products from various production machines Separate and stage defective items for recycling Package products according to company standards Read packing sheets to ensure correct counts for boxes and pallets Use a step ladder as needed throughout the shift Shrink wrap and label boxes/pallets for shipping Operate a manual pallet jack to move finished pallets Assist with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• No manufacturing experience needed — we will train the right person
• Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass criminal background check.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to work in a warm environment and maintain a steady pace
• Comfortable with physical activity: standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 lbs
• Basic math and time‑management skills
• Ability to climb a ladder safely
• Commitment to following safety guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
