About The Position

In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high‑quality products by safely operating converting equipment and keeping production running smoothly throughout the night. Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer, math, and documentation skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and stooping for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demand
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Three years of stable work history preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor assigned converting machines
• Perform physical and visual inspections to ensure quality and minimize waste
• Meet or exceed production and performance expectations
• Conduct quality audits and accurately document defects
• Read and follow work instructions, templates, and production paperwork
• Pack, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
• Maintain materials and supplies to reduce downtime
• Accurately enter production data into machine computers
• Dispose of scrap materials into correct film‑type gaylords
• Participate in 5S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts
• Calculate production quantities and assist with labeling as needed
• Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts for smooth transitions
• Support teammates and contribute to a team‑focused environment
• Build proficiency across all converting machines
• Perform other duties as assigned
