About The Position

There is a Utility Maintenance I position based in Corry, but from time to time maybe assigned to the Irvine/Warren Plants that maybe awarded in the near future. This role involves core-level maintenance work across various disciplines including electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic systems on machines, vehicles, cranes, and facilities equipment. The individual will also perform stick welding and work with electrical systems under 600 volts. Operation of industrial equipment such as fork lifts, man lifts, mobile cranes, bridge cranes, and radio cranes is required. The position emphasizes adherence to plant safety rules, maintaining high-quality standards, and performing routine preventative maintenance. It also includes general labor work as assigned and maintaining a clean work area. Regular attendance and participation in required meetings and trainings are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in core-level maintenance work involving electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in stick welding.
• Knowledge of electrical systems <600 volts.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment including fork lifts, man lifts, mobile cranes, bridge cranes, and radio cranes.
• Adherence to plant safety rules.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to perform recordkeeping and maintain reports.
• Capability to perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and vehicles.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping).
• Willingness to perform other routine labor work as assigned.
• Availability to attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Regular and scheduled attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs core-level maintenance work involving electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic on machines, vehicles, cranes and facilities equipment, stick welding, <600 volts.
• Operates all types of industrial equipment, including, but not limited to, fork lifts, man lifts, mobile cranes, bridge cranes, radio cranes and other industrial equipment.
• Performs all work in accordance with plant safety rules.
• Maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.
• Maintains all reports and recordkeeping as required.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on all machines, equipment and vehicles as required.
• Maintains all housekeeping in work area.
• Performs other routine labor work as assigned and as required in accordance with production flow.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings
