Assist maintenance personnel with installation work and projects Assist maintenance personnel with equipment change-overs and repairs Perform regulatory inspections and PM’s General building maintenance and snow removal duties Active and continued enrollment in maintenance apprenticeship courses Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Successfully complete mechanical aptitude assessment
  • High level of initiative and dedication
  • Willing to be flexible working any shift and/or weekends based on business need
  • Willing to complete educational courses as required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • No corrective actions from employment date or within the previous 12 consecutive months, whichever is longer
  • Must maintain excellent attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior maintenance or maintenance trades experience
  • Good working knowledge of maintenance trades
  • Completed basic maintenance courses
  • Ability to plan and coordinate work with multiple crafts
  • Good computer skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting goals
  • Previous electrical/electronic troubleshooting and computer controlled systems experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator license

Responsibilities

  • Assist maintenance personnel with installation work and projects
  • Assist maintenance personnel with equipment change-overs and repairs
