Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Janitorial or facilities cleaning experience required
• Knowledge of sanitation, disinfecting, and floor/carpet care
• Some supervisory experience is preferred
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and locations
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned locations
• Perform and supervise cleaning of floors, carpets, restrooms, service rooms, and common areas
• Respond to janitorial and sanitation callouts in a timely manner
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Manage trash removal, recycling, and laundry processes
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and janitorial inventory
• Address spills, leaks, odors, and cleanliness issues immediately
• Supervise janitorial staff and assign daily tasks
• Inspect work quality and correct deficiencies
• Communicate professionally with staff and clients to resolve cleanliness concerns
• Travel between locations as required
• Facilities consistently clean and presentable
• Callouts handled promptly
• Supplies adequately stocked
• Client and management complaints minimized
