Purpose: Utility Assistance Coordinator's assist individuals seeking utility assistance through income-based programs. Essential Functions: Enter and process utility assistance applications, scan and upload required documentation, and screen for income eligibility using multiple databases simultaneously. Engage with individuals via phone, email, and in-person. Refer individuals to other assistance programs that can provide services which address barriers to housing security. Network, participate, and attend related meetings within Tri County Community Action and with other relevant agencies. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
